The role requires practical hands-on experience with building ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Public Address (PA/BGM), SMATV/IPTV, and related low-current infrastructure. The technician will be responsible for ensuring ELV systems remain operational, reliable, and compliant with site requirements and safety procedures.<br>Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair low-current / ELV systems within buildings and facilities. Perform installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, recording systems, monitors, and related equipment. Install, test, and troubleshoot Access Control systems, including card readers, controllers, magnetic locks, exit buttons, and associated devices. Perform basic installation, testing, and maintenance of Fire Alarm system devices, including detectors, manual call points, sounders, modules, and field wiring. Install and maintain structured cabling systems, including data/voice cables, patch panels, cabinets, outlets, and cable management. Follow site safety procedures, permit requirements, PPE requirements, and manufacturer recommendations. Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in safe and good working condition. Respond to assigned maintenance requests and emergency faults within the required response time. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.<br>KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical expertise, leadership and project coordination services to support and maintain continuity of the property’s computer systems and networks. Monitor systems usage and needs. Research, identify, and recommend new hardware and applications that will improve the stability of systems and networks. Research, identify, and recommend new hardware, software, and applications to support future and/or complex management information system’s needs. Recommend and implement policies and practices to maximise resource utilisation. Take a lead role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the data recovery aspects of the property’s disaster recovery plan. Analyse information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and equipment, to ensure efficient operation and effective use of allotted space. Maintain knowledge of developments in the area of IT systems and hardware and incorporates new developments into the future systems of the resort. Continuously analyse complex business needs and recommend technical solutions. Lead and prioritize the workload of subordinates. Perform the testing and troubleshooting of application software to ensure the integration of the information system with other systems run smoothly to maximize the efficiency of the data flow and decrease redundancy of data collection activities. Maintain a working knowledge of all information systems software and provide support and training to staff on the use of application software and business processes. Review the status of services and progress of projects and present the status of the projects being delivered to the management team as required. Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components. As <strong>Recreation Manager</strong>, you will lead the resort’s complete recreation experience across the Kids & Teens Club, pool and beach, fitness and gym facilities, sports courts, and resort-wide recreational programming.<br><br>Combining creativity with strong operational leadership, you will develop engaging experiences for children, teens, adults and families while ensuring every facility operates safely, seamlessly and to the highest SLS standards.
