About the Company Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM have partnered to develop an $8.4 billion green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility in NEOM. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Role Overview The Security Foreman is responsible for ensuring all security operations and systems are functioning effectively throughout each shift. The role oversees daily security operations, incident management, implementation of post instructions, and coordination of security activities across NGHC sites, including GHE, Solar, and Wind facilities. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day shift operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and operational performance.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor all security staff during assigned shifts. Conduct routine checks of security posts, occurrence books, and personnel. Perform risk assessments in coordination with end-users, safety teams, and other stakeholders. Oversee all shift security operations and remain on call as required. Review and report on security policies, procedures, and operational instructions. Maintain operational standards for personnel, equipment, and security assets. Ensure compliance with all NGHC EHS&S procedures. Brief, deploy, and assign teams and individuals to operational tasks. Supervise daily security activities as directed by the Security Manager. Oversee Entry Control Points, Emergency Response, Traffic Management Teams, Building Security Officers, Visitor Centre operations, and other security functions. Monitor technical security systems, identify deficiencies, and report faults. Ensure effective use of Proof of Presence technology and supervise security patrols. Respond to security incidents and coordinate follow-up actions. Prepare incident reports, operational reports, and security registers. Liaise with emergency services when required. Deliver the highest standards of customer and employee service. Monitor security service provider performance against agreed KPIs and provide reports to Security Management. Maintain the operational competence of security personnel through continuous assessment, training, exercises, and testing.<br>Qualifications & Experience:<br>Education Technically based degree.<br>Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-pressure security environment. Leadership or people management training, or demonstrated operational leadership capability. Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial environment is preferred.<br>Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and operational control skills. The successful candidate will support the NGHC Technical Services Lead in implementing all security obligations under the NGHC Site Access Control Procedure. The role includes reviewing government documentation, issuing access credentials, monitoring expiration dates, and revoking access when required.<br>Key Responsibilities Issue all types of NGHC identity cards. Issue temporary visitor and employment passes. Issue temporary vehicle passes. Request criminal records checks when required. You will be the face of our bar operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests through your expertise, professionalism, and engaging personality.<br><br>Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:<br><br><ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly maintained</li><li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and menu offerings to enhance guest satisfaction</li><li>Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments with precision</li><li>Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations</li><li>Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring repeat visits</li><li>Maintain composure and efficiency during peak service periods in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures while representing the Raffles brand with excellence<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven bartending experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale resort setting</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of Mocktail preparation, and beverage service standards</li><li>Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar management software</li><li>Strong understanding of non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Excellent cash handling and inventory management skills</li><li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse guests</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation</li><li>Knowledge of health, safety</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and hospitality expectations is preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Team player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues</li></ul>
