This critical information will be utilized to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Compile and maintain an extensive competitor grid, conducting thorough benchmarking on competitors' positioning and the performance of their products. This intelligence is vital for maintaining our competitive edge. Take a leading role in the professional introduction of new products to customers, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and applications. Address customer requests, complaints, and enquiries with the utmost professionalism and urgency. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level in terms of service quality and pricing. Liaise effectively with sales coordinators and supply chain teams (including logistics, procurement, and production) to ensure timely fulfillment of all delivery commitments. Conduct and lead weekly sales meetings with the team, providing strategic guidance on weekly activity plans to ensure optimal performance. Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports as required by management, including meticulous updates to the project tracking list. Develop and maintain accurate three-month rolling forecasts based on current sales activities, ongoing projects, and anticipated opportunities. Monitor and manage customers' payment processes diligently to ensure timely receipt of receivables, thereby contributing to the achievement of established sales targets and revenue goals. Work in close collaboration with the collection team to minimize overdue accounts and maintain financial health. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales within the construction or chemical industry. Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management and project management. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and present it effectively to diverse audiences. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. JOB PURPOSE: To drive sustainable revenue growth for clinical accessories and consumables within the assigned territory by managing key hospital accounts, converting the installed base into recurring sales, protecting market share, and driving competitive displacement. Manage high-frequency, high-volume transactions: framework agreements, call-off orders, consignment and stock-rotation arrangements with hospital stores and purchasing. Work daily with purchasing managers, biomedical engineering, materials management, nursing supervisors and ICU/OR/ER end users. Coordinate with Supply Chain on lead times, back-orders and shelf-life to keep fill rate within target. Drive competitive displacement through clinical value, compatibility, and total cost of use argumentation. Maintain CRM discipline, tender and pricing documentation.<br>3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical / Medical Engineering, Nursing, or Life Sciences.8 years or more in medical device, accessories/consumables, or pharmaceutical field sales in the Gulf. Minimum 1–2 years selling into Saudi private hospital groups.<br>4. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPENETNICES: Proven track record in managing key accounts and named hospital groups. Demonstrated ability to achieve commercial results, including market-share growth, competitive displacement, or securing formulary/vendor listings. Practical knowledge of supply-chain processes, including forecasting, call-off/consignment stock, expiry, and rotation control. Strong CRM discipline using Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent systems, with good Excel reporting, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy. Experience leading or coaching a small sales team or acting as a line manager, with potential for future portfolio expansion. Experience participating in at least one product or line launch, from planning through post-launch tracking. Native or fully fluent Arabic and fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare reports in English. Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
