The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership of the hotel. Support site teams during installation, energization, and project close-out when required.<br>Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in LV switchgear manufacturing and project management. Strong knowledge of LV panel systems including MDB, SMDB, MCC, PCC, ATS, capacitor bank, and synchronization panels. Solid understanding of IEC 61439 standards and LV electrical distribution systems. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, panel assembly, FAT procedures, and production planning. Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
