Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, delivery, and closure of strategic technology and cybersecurity projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring operational readiness. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end project governance, maintain project controls, oversee deployment activities, manage communications, and ensure compliance with all applicable cybersecurity, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Governance Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, handover, and project closure. Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, project charters, project plans, and execution methodologies. Establish and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths. Ensure project transition from kickoff to go-live is completed within agreed timelines. Maintain Project Controls Plans and Project Scheduling Plans covering planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, quality assurance, handover, and operational readiness activities. Manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, resource allocations, and project reporting. Schedule & Progress Management Develop and maintain:Level 1 Preliminary Schedules Level 2 Milestone Schedules Level 4 Detailed Project Schedules Track project progress against established baselines and milestones. Monitor project performance and proactively address deviations, risks, and delays. Provide regular project status reports and executive updates. Stakeholder & Communication Management Develop and execute a comprehensive Communication Management Plan. Coordinate project communications with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate and manage:Project Kickoff Meetings Weekly Status Meetings Technical Workshops Handover Meetings Lessons Learned Sessions Project Close-Out Meetings Executive Steering Committee Meetings Record and distribute meeting minutes, action items, owners, and due dates. Ensure effective communication through meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Risk, Issue & Change Management Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Maintain Risk Registers, Issue Logs, and Change Request Logs. Develop mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues and risks appropriately. Deployment & Implementation Management Manage phased project deployments including:Testing Phase Pilot Users / Early Adopters Business User Validation Enterprise-Wide Rollout Ensure all identified issues are resolved before progressing to subsequent deployment phases. Coordinate implementation activities with technical teams and business stakeholders. Documentation & Deliverables Management Ensure development, review, and approval of project documentation including:High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Deployment Plans Bill of Materials (BOM) Installation & Configuration Guides As-Configured Documentation As-Built Documentation Testing Plans and Scenarios Service Introduction Plans Transition to Operations Plans Operational Readiness Reports Project Closure Reports Ensure all project documentation is delivered in professional Power Point and PDF formats. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure project execution complies with:National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements Organizational security policies Technical standards Site-specific regulations Industry best practices Conduct quality reviews to ensure project deliverables meet agreed standards. Ensure project acceptance criteria are achieved prior to closure. Knowledge Transfer & Operational Readiness Lead operational readiness activities and acceptance processes. Coordinate comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions with operational teams. Ensure successful handover of systems, documentation, and operational procedures. Support post-deployment stabilization and transition activities. Team Leadership Define and maintain the project organization structure. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including technical consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ensure assigned resources possess appropriate qualifications, certifications, and experience. Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams. Information Security & Confidentiality Ensure strict confidentiality of all project-related information. Enforce secure handling, storage, transmission, and disposal of project data. Support compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and information protection requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification.7+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
