<p>We are looking for a <strong>Team Manager </strong>To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.</p><br><br>

<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Develop the business model for the business division for Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM), working closely with stakeholders (internal & external) and be responsible for the initial roll out of the same at operational levels.</p><p><br></p><p>Develop the business plan for the Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM) business division, working closely with the senior management team.</p><p><br></p><p><b>High priority will be given to individuals who have actively and directly served/ worked with key clients such as ARAMCO, SABIC, MAADEN, PIF projects etc.</b></p><p><br></p><p>Create and Identify appropriate go to market strategy for the business unit. </p><p><br></p><p>If and when required, identify and create partnerships with appropriate operational/ technical partners or suppliers (credible and competent entities) transparently with senior management approval. </p><p><br></p><p>Using knowledge of the market and current competitive forces, identify and develop the ISM division’s unique selling proposition and an effective CVP.</p><p><br></p><p>Work with and develop a prospect base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and oversee execution of sales strategy. </p><p><br></p><p>Work closely with the affiliate team to develop specific business proposals and prepare operational, technical and commercial bids to win business and customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Create the performance management system for the business and the team by setting objectives and developing effective performance review system.</p><p><br></p><p>Using knowledge of the market, Identify key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers for the subject sector and develop contact/ PR strategies with them.</p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
