Job description

Responsibilities:

Develop the business model for the business division for Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM), working closely with stakeholders (internal & external) and be responsible for the initial roll out of the same at operational levels.


Develop the business plan for the Industrial Services/ Facility Management (ISM) business division, working closely with the senior management team.


High priority will be given to individuals who have actively and directly served/ worked with key clients such as ARAMCO, SABIC, MAADEN, PIF projects etc.


Create and Identify appropriate go to market strategy for the business unit.


If and when required, identify and create partnerships with appropriate operational/ technical partners or suppliers (credible and competent entities) transparently with senior management approval.  


Using knowledge of the market and current competitive forces, identify and develop the ISM division’s unique selling proposition and an effective CVP.


Work with and develop a prospect base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and oversee execution of sales strategy. 


Work closely with the affiliate team to develop specific business proposals and prepare operational, technical and commercial bids to win business and customers.


Create the performance management system for the business and the team by setting objectives and developing effective performance review system.


Using knowledge of the market, Identify key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers for the subject sector and develop contact/ PR strategies with them.


Skills

  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure clear understanding of facility needs.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.
  • Experience with project management tools to oversee facility improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives within facility operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address facility-related issues proactively and efficiently.
