سيُشرف مدير الفندق على جميع العمليات اليومية، بما في ذلك مكتب الاستقبال وقسم التنظيف، وسيعمل على التنسيق بين الإدارة وإدارة الميزانية مع تحسين جودة الخدمة لضمان أعلى مستوى من رضا الضيوف وزيادة الربحية.
المهارات
- معرفة استثنائية ببرامج الحاسوب التطبيقية.
- فهم قوي للبيانات المالية والقدرة على إدارة الميزانيات ومراجعتها.
- معرفة ممتازة باستراتيجيات التسويق وكيفية تنفيذ خطط التسويق المستقبلية.
- معرفة شاملة بمتطلبات التصنيف وتوفير الراحة لرضا العملاء.
- قيادة الفريق ومهارات تواصل قوية.
- إتقان العمل باستخدام برامج متخصصة لتوظيف الأفراد.
- القدرة على صياغة سياسات خاصة بالفندق وتنفيذها.
Job description

The Hotel Manager will oversee all daily operations, including the front desk and housekeeping departments, and will work on coordinating between management and budget administration while improving service quality to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and increasing profitability.
Skills
- Exceptional knowledge of computer software applications.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to manage budgets and review them.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing strategies and how to implement future marketing plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classification requirements and providing comfort for customer satisfaction.
- Team leadership and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with specialized software for staffing.
- Ability to formulate hotel-specific policies and implement them.
