Project Manager – Construction Projects (Jeddah)
A leading contracting company announces the availability of a position for a Project Manager to work on a medium-scale construction project involving works such as concrete, finishing, mechanical works, and general site works in the city of Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing all phases of the project from initiation to final delivery.
- Overseeing the execution of concrete works, finishing, mechanical works, and general site works.
- Participating in the preparation and monitoring of the project schedule using Primavera and ensuring compliance.
- Effective planning for the execution phases and resource allocation.
- Managing costs and monitoring the budget while analyzing variances.
- Coordinating with owners, consultants, and relevant parties.
- Monitoring work progress and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Managing risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to senior management.

Skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of no less than 15 years in construction projects (buildings).
- Experience of no less than 6 years within the Saudi Arabian market in a Project Manager role.
- PMP certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Practical experience in using Primavera P6.
- Advanced skills in project scheduling, planning, and cost management.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
- Ability to relocate if necessary.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in government projects is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Jeddah.
