الحاجة.التأكد من أن المحتوى يعكس فعليًا هوية العميل وأهدافه التجارية والسوق الذي يعمل فيه.ليس مطلوبًا منه أن يقوم بكل أعمال الكتابة أو التصميم بنفسه، ولكن مطلوب منه أن يمتلك الحس التسويقي والمحتوى بدرجة تمكنه من قيادة المخرج النهائي وتقييم جودته.4. قيادة التنفيذ مع فريق وصلتحويل استراتيجية العميل إلى Tasks وBriefs وأولويات واضحة لفريق التنفيذ.التنسيق المستمر مع فرق المحتوى، التصميم، Performance Marketing، Social Media، SEO، Development وغيرها حسب احتياج الحساب.متابعة تنفيذ الخطة مع فريق وصل في مصر.التأكد من وضوح المطلوب لكل عضو في الفريق.مراجعة المخرجات والتأكد من جودتها قبل وصولها للعميل.متابعة المواعيد والتأكد من التزام الفريق بخطة العمل.التدخل وحل المشكلات والعوائق التي تؤثر على تنفيذ خطة العميل.الحفاظ على اتصال قوي بين ما تم الاتفاق عليه مع العميل وبين ما ينفذه الفريق فعليًا.5. متابعة الأداء وتحقيق المستهدفاتمتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بكل حساب.قراءة التقارير والبيانات وربطها بالخطة التسويقية.تحديد ما يعمل وما لا يعمل واقتراح التعديلات اللازمة.عقد مراجعات أداء دورية مع الفريق والعميل.عدم الاكتفاء بإتمام المهام، وإنما متابعة أثرها على أهداف العميل.النجاح في هذا الدور لا يقاس بعدد المنشورات أو الحملات التي تم تنفيذها فقط، وإنما بمدى تقدم العميل نحو أهدافه التجارية والتسويقية.6. تطوير الحساب ونمو العلاقةاكتشاف فرص جديدة يمكن أن تساعد العميل على النمو.اقتراح خدمات أو مبادرات إضافية عندما تكون لها قيمة حقيقية للعميل.زيادة عمق العلاقة بين العميل والCreative.فهم جيد لـPerformance Marketing والـFunnels والـCustomer Journey حتى وإن لم يكن هو من يدير الحملات بنفسه.خبرة في العمل مع فرق تسويقية متعددة التخصصات.خبرة جيدة في السوق السعودي وسلوك المستهلك السعودي.يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع علامات تجارية أو متاجر إلكترونية داخل السعودية.<br><br>المهارات الشخصيةالشخص المناسب لهذا الدور يجب أن يكون:قويًا جدًا في التواصل وبناء العلاقات.لديه حضور جيد أمام العملاء وأصحاب الأعمال.فضوليًا ويحب فهم Business العميل وليس فقط طلباته التسويقية.صاحب أفكار ومبادرات ولا ينتظر التعليمات.قادرًا على تحويل الأفكار إلى خطط قابلة للتنفيذ.قويًا في المحتوى والحس التسويقي.منظمًا وقادرًا على إدارة عدة حسابات في نفس الوقت.قادرًا على قيادة الفريق والتأثير فيه حتى بدون سلطة إدارية مباشرة.دقيقًا في المتابعة ولا يسمح بسقوط المهام بين العميل والفريق.عمليًا ويعمل بيده
