Ensure timely release and closure of manufacturing work orders to meet customer delivery dates. Capacity Planning: Analyze plant capacity and resource availability (labor, machinery, and materials) to optimize production flow. Identify constraints and adjust schedules proactively to maximize throughput. Material Coordination: Monitor raw material inventory levels in coordination with procurement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between operations, procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing teams. Track key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and production lead times. Provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement. ERP System Management: Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate work orders, production orders, and planning reports. Ensure data accuracy and system integrity to support informed decision-making.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the textile, polymers, or FMCG industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience is an advantage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
