<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Role Purpose The Senior Infrastructure & Multi-Cloud Automation / IaC Engineer will lead infrastructure automation across private cloud, OCI, GCP, SIT, virtualization, and systems operations. Responsibilities<ul><li>Infrastructure & Multi-Cloud Automation<ul><li>Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code templates for OCI, GCP, SIT, private cloud, VMware/VCF, and systems underutilized cloud resources.</li><li>Automate reporting and controlled cleanup workflows for orphaned objects, subject to approval and change control.</li><li>Implement tagging standards for ownership, environment, cost center, service, criticality, lifecycle status, and business owner.</li><li>Support cloud resource lifecycle management from provisioning to decommissioning.</li><li>Integrate cloud asset data with CMDB / ServiceNow where applicable.</li><li>Generate regular cloud inventory, utilization, hygiene, and optimization reports.</li><li>Support Education & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>درجة بكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>درجة ماجستير / MBA في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة مفضلة.</li><li>المؤهل المهني مثل CPA، ACCA، CMA، CA، أو ما يعادلها مفضل بشدة.</li><li>شهادات ذات صلة في الإدارة المالية، الاستثمار، أو المالية الفندقية تعتبر ميزة.</li></ul><h3>2. Professional Experience</h3><ul><li>15+ سنوات من الخبرة التطويرية في المالية، المحاسبة، أو التمويل المؤسسي.</li><li>على الأقل 5–8 سنوات في موقع قيادي مالي رفيع، ويفضل كمدير مالي، مدير مالي للمجموعة، أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>خبرة قوية في صناعة الفنادق/الضيافة، ويفضل ضمن مجموعة فنادق أو شركة استثمار ضيافي.</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في إدارة محافظ فنادق متعددة الممتلكات مطلوبة بشدة.</li><li>خبرة قوية في التخطيط المالي، الميزنة، التنبؤ، إدارة الربح والخسارة، التدفق النقدي، والتقارير المالية.</li><li>خبرة في استثمار فنادق، استحواذ، تطوير، CAPEX، تمويل، وإدارة الأصول مفضلة بشدة.</li><li>خبرة في التعامل مع مشغلي الفنادق، المانحين، الملاك، البنوك، المستثمرين، والمدققين.</li></ul><h3>3. Required Technical Knowledge</h3><ul><li>فهم قوي لـ إدارة الفنادق المالية والمحاسبة الضيافية.</li><li>معرفة ممتازة بمؤشرات KPI الفندقية مثل الإشغال، ADR، RevPAR، GOP، GOPPAR، EBITDA، NOI.</li><li>مهارات قوية في النمذجة المالية، التقييم، تحليل الاستثمار، وتطوير حالات الأعمال.</li><li>معرفة قوية بـ IFRS/معايير المحاسبة المعمول بها، والضرائب، والضوابط الداخلية، والحوكمة المؤسسية.</li><li>فهم ممتاز لإدارة النقد، الخزينة، تمويل الدين، وبنية رأس المال</li><li>معرفة قوية بـ CAPEX وإدارة مالية لتطوير الفنادق.</li></ul><h3>4. Leadership & Management</h3><ul><li>قدرة مثبتة على قيادة منظمة مالية كبيرة عبر عقارات متعددة.</li><li>قيادة استراتيجية وتجارية ومالية قوية.</li><li>قدرات تحليلية واتخاذ القرار ممتازة.</li><li>القدرة على تحدي افتراضات العمل وتحقيق الربحية وتحسين التكلفة.</li><li>إدارة أصحاب المصلحة ومهارات تفاوض قوية.</li><li>خبرة في العمل مع الحوكمة، المساهمون، المستثمرون، والإدارة التنفيذية.</li></ul><h3>5. Technology & Systems</h3><ul><li>معرفة قوية بـ أنظمة ERP مثل SAP، Oracle، أو Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>خبرة مع أنظمة الفنادق مثل Opera/PMS، POS، أنظمة الشراء وإدارة الإيرادات.</li><li>معرفة قوية بـ Power BI / التحليلات المالية ولوحات معلومات الإدارة.</li><li>قدرات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel والنمذجة المالية.</li></ul><h3>6. Language</h3><ul><li>إتقان ممتاز للإنجليزية، كتابةً وتحدثاً.</li><li>إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة، خاصة لمجموعة ضيافة مقرها السعودية.</li></ul><h3>7.
