Job Title: Finance Manager Industry: Retail – Hypermarket Department: Finance Reports To: General Manager / Chief Executive Officer Job Purpose Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial performance, effective cash flow and cost management, and accurate financial reporting. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance and accounting activities across the organization. Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management. Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mandatory experience in the Retail sector. Strong and proven experience in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, or large-scale multi-branch retail organizations is required. Proven leadership experience managing finance functions within organizations with significant sales volumes and complex operations. Extensive experience in inventory management, product costing, margin analysis, and profitability management. Strong experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia. Supervision of implementation Project Manager - Mechanical with experience to join the supervising consultancy team for the implementation of the Maniya Systems Development Project in Dammam. The job holder will be the principal supervisor of mechanical works on site, in addition to leading and coordinating activities related to mechanical works with other project disciplines, and supervising execution, inspection, testing, commissioning and handover. Tasks and responsibilities: • Direct supervision of all mechanical works and activities on site. • Review mechanical drawings and IFC drawings and ensure their compliance with specifications and project requirements. • Review and approve mechanical materials, equipment, suppliers and related technical documents. • Review Method Statements and ITPs Installation Procedures for mechanical works. • Monitor the execution of mechanical works and ensure their compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment and ensure they meet specifications. • Review inspection requests (RFI) and technical inquiries related to mechanical works. • Monitor any discrepancies between approved drawings and on-site reality and coordinate to prepare Redline drawings where needed. • Monitor quality of execution and mechanical installation works. • Coordinate with the electrical engineer, civil engineer, security systems team and other disciplines. • Participate in and supervise testing, commissioning and handover activities for mechanical works. • Review final As-Built drawings and O&M Manuals. • Track punch list observations and remaining work and close them. • Participate in final handover activities and project closeout. • Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports related to mechanical works. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Sufficient experience supervising mechanical works and project management. • Experience in structural, industrial, or infrastructure projects. • Experience in reviewing drawings and specifications, ITPs and Method Statements. • Experience in inspection, testing, commissioning and handover works. • Strong coordination, project management, communication, and reporting skills. • Ability to work on-site on a resident basis.
