<p><strong>Legal Advisory, Regulatory Support & Compliance:</strong> Serve as the primary in-house legal advisor to business teams (VC, PE, Credit, Innovation Platform) on day-to-day legal matters and strategic initiatives. Guide CMA-regulated activities, including licensing/permissions, conduct requirements, marketing/communications review (where applicable), and ongoing regulatory obligations.
