<p>As the operations manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

<li>Support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the GM, DBD, FC and HRD.</li>
<li>In charge of front office, housekeeping, security, engineering, food & beverage, kitchen, recreation as well as food safety.</li>
<li>Actively participate in the key management issues in the property such as capital projects, refurbishments, training and customer service.</li>
<li>Train team members and implement Hilton standard and related departmental regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections of all areas in the hotel to ensure that all hardware and software are in optimum condition.</li>
<li>Make a detailed and realistic cost control plan to control operating costs for each department to maximize operating profits without compromising Hilton standards, safety procedures and guest experience.</li>
<li>Analyze costs on a monthly basis and prepare action plans for cost per occupied room, food cost, beverage costs, payroll including overtime and other expenses including costs for outsourcing of labour or services.</li>
<li>Manage direct reports professionally to ensure effective teamwork and operations.</li>
<li>Plan or approve appropriate annual, quarterly, monthly budgets, targets and work plans for each direct report.</li>
<li>Conduct regular operations meetings including all direct reports.</li>
<li>Supervise daily team members’ performance and grooming.</li>
<li>Ensure that duty rosters are based on the needs of the hotel and are compliant with labour laws.</li>
<li>Ensure hotel and direct reports achieve key targets including but not limited to revenue, profit, SALT, QA, turnover, etc.</li>
<li>Work with the DBD and F&B managers to ensure that all aspects of F&B is operating cost effectively (menu presentations / menu / pricing / promotions and ongoing activities).</li>
<li>Assist the DBD in establishing (with C&C sales) an efficient and competitive C&C strategy and pricing.</li>
<li>Supervise and head all hotel activities, such as celebrations, decorations, communication and coordination with conference organizers, etc.</li>
<li>Evaluate competitors’ products and price policies twice a year.</li>
<li>Ensure that VIP guests receive the care and service they deserve every day.</li>
<li>Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist the general manager in all activities and functions relating to the daily operations of the hotel.</li>
<li>Complete relevant tasks assigned by the general manager.</li>

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training and Quality Manager role based at Wooden Coffee in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously updating training programs for baristas, supervisors, and support staff, while ensuring consistent service standards and product quality across all locations. <p>To be responsible for the efficient management of medical supplies, equipment, and logistics across the Club’s medical departments, including the First Team, Academy, Multisport, and Women’s teams, ensuring the timely availability, proper maintenance, and effective distribution of all medical resources to support athlete care and operational requirements.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Medical Equipment and Supplies Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the maintenance and technical support of medical devices used in the clinics and on the field.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, inventory, and replenishment of medical supplies, including taping materials, medicines, and treatment tools.</li><li>Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Hospital Coordination and Player Medical Appointments</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule and manage medical appointments for players and staff, including MRI scans, X-rays, and specialist consultations.</li><li>Coordinate and keep record of hospital referrals and derivations, ensuring seamless communication between the club and external healthcare providers.</li><li>Track and document medical reports and results for follow-up with the medical team.</li></ul><p><strong>Supplier and Procurement Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain direct communication with the purchasing department regarding medical supplies and equipment needs.</li><li>Develop strong partnerships with medical suppliers locally and internationally to secure high-quality products and cost-effective deals.</li><li>Oversee orders, deliveries, and stock levels, ensuring continuous availability of essential medical items and a clear record of the requested orders and/or deliveries across all departments</li></ul><p><strong>Administration and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain detailed records of medical inventory, purchases, and expenses.</li><li>Ensure all medical supplies and pharmaceuticals meet regulatory standards and expiration dates.</li><li>Assist in budget planning for medical department expenses.</li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all continuous professional development and training courses are up to date and the minimum professional standards of the department are met.</li><li>Further duties at the discretion of the line manager or Sporting Director</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Degree or certification in healthcare administration, medical logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</p><p>Extensive experience in a medical role within a professional sports environment, preferably football</p><p>Demonstrable experience in medical services and healthcare operations</p><p>Proven experience in sports medicine administration or medical supply and equipment management</p><p>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail</p><p>Experience working with elite athletes, ideally football players, and understanding of the demands of professional sport</p><p>Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with medical staff, suppliers, and hospital networks</p><p>Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance, inventory control, and supply chain management</p><p>Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications</p><p>Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage</p><p>Multilingual capability, particularly English (required), Arabic, and Spanish</p>
