Personally oversee and drive the upselling at the property. Keep track and monitor the daily arrivals and address VIP or special requests promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping, room service, and guest relations as needed to fulfill requests. Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members. Offer coaching and counseling, along with support and guidance to the employees as needed. Ensure the team members are up to date with current information and data of the hotel products, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion, spa and health club, and other services and facilities. Conduct regular room and floor inspections to ensure quality standards, complete necessary Engineering Job Order or housekeeping cleaning requests and monitor the results. Offer aid to local representatives of tour operators and travel agencies.
