This full-time position is central to ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of factory machinery and electrical systems. The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.</li>
<li >Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, drive, motor, and automation system faults.</li>
<li >Maintain and improve the performance of press machines, CNC machines, laser cutting machines, drilling machines, tube mills, and slitting lines.</li>
<li >Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.</li>
<li >Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of new production equipment.</li>
<li >Monitor equipment performance and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce recurring failures.</li>
