<p>The Senior Specialist Business Planning plays a key role in supporting the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the Marketing function's strategic objectives, annual business plans, and key initiatives. The role will ensure alignment between departmental priorities, organizational goals, and workforce plans while facilitating effective performance tracking and governance across the Marketing organization. Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage.</p><p>Experience 3-5 years of experience in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, PMO, Corporate Performance, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field. Experience within large organizations, government entities, giga-projects, destination management, real estate, tourism, entertainment, or marketing environments is preferred. Experience supporting executive reporting and business performance management activities is desirable.</p>

<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:</strong></p><br><p>To ensure the effective administration of contracts throughout all phases of the awarded Rig/Ship MRO projects, including pre-award, execution, and close-out by managing contractual obligations, variations, claims, and risk; ensuring compliance with project scope and schedule; supporting project commercial optimization; and acting as a central link between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and key internal stakeholders to secure IMI’s legal and financial interests.</p><br><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></p><br><p>• Ensure all contract administration activities are carried out in compliance with IMI policies, systems, and procedures. </p><br><p>• Prepare, draft, and review contract documents including contract outlines commercial letters, and ensure clear communication of contractual obligations to the project team.</p><br><p> • Manage project invoicing by preparing final invoice packages (draft and final) with appropriate supporting documentation and coordinate approvals with the Project Controls Manager and Project managers.</p><br><p> • Maintain organized folders with all relevant records—consultant invoices, expenses, monthly billing as per Function protocols.</p><br><p> • Draft and review all project correspondence related to contractual compliance, entitlements, and risk, including notifications, meeting minutes, and formal letters. </p><br><p>• Ensure clear understanding and tracking of all contractual schedule requirements, such as milestone deadlines, progress metrics, and completion guarantees. </p><br><p>• Develop and maintain a detailed Issues Log to track and communicate the status of all commercial or contractual issues impacting the project. </p><br><p>• Ensure deep understanding of compensation terms to support revenue protection and profit maximization on changes, claims, and variations. </p><br><p>• Monitor project meeting outcomes to ensure IMI commitments align strictly with contractual obligations and that all assigned actions are closed in a timely manner.</p><br><p> • Track and manage all warranty notifications and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve warranty claims efficiently. </p><br><p>• Work closely with project teams to identify and act on changes to scope, schedule, or execution strategy that may trigger contractual notices or entitlement.</p><br><p>• Support risk management efforts by assessing and documenting commercial and contractual risks, participating in pre-award risk reviews, and recommending mitigation strategies.</p><br><p> • Advise and assist in the preparation of variation orders and claims, ensuring supporting documentation and strategies are complete, accurate, and timely. </p><br><p>• Monitor project cost and schedule performance to identify trends, delays, overruns, and commercial opportunities, escalating concerns to the Project Controls – GM General Manager and Vice President (VP).</p><br><p> • Collaborate in the development of estimates and rate build-ups to confirm alignment with project scope, contract conditions, and financial strategy. </p><br><p>• Ensure full understanding of all governing agreements like prime contracts, JV agreements, subcontracts, major POs and their obligations. </p><br><p>• Contribute to incorporating best practices in contract management into execution plans and project proposals</p><br>
