<p>Position Summary Seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center, Servers, Networks, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Network Operations Center (NOC), Endpoint. About the job NEXIS is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Solution Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT security solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, technology vendors, and technical teams to understand business and security requirements, design appropriate cybersecurity solutions, and lead the technical pre-sales cycle from initial discovery through proposal and solution presentation.<br>Responsibilities Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture. Proven experience working with cybersecurity vendors, distributors, and enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred. Lead customer discovery meetings and translate business and security requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with the Sales Director and Business Unit Head to drive pipeline growth, conversion, and profitability Design cybersecurity architectures, BoQs/BoMs, solution proposals, and technical responses for RFPs/RFQs. Provide technical support during the sales cycle closure phase, ensuring successful deal execution Strong knowledge across Cyber Defense and Cyber Resilience Solutions Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Compare vendors and technologies and prepare technical and commercial solution positioning. Work closely with OEMs, distributors, sales teams, and implementation teams. Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture and integration between security platforms. Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity requirements such as NCA , SAMA , and PDPL is highly preferred. Excellent customer-facing, presentation, communication, and technical documentation skills. Candidates should hold one or more relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Security+ Cloud security certifications Native or fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires direct engagement with Arabic-speaking customers in Saudi Arabia.
