JOB SCOPE :Accountable for IT function end-to-end in the KSA – Cluster 2 lounges Responsible for project management for the delivery of IT capabilities needed in coordination with HQ IT, business partner IT and local vendors (including IT network and infrastructure, and business applications) for all new business development projects such as new outlets opening and new B2B partnership opportunities. Responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability, high level IT support services to guests and staff as well as coverage for the computer systems, data, either on site or remote, including some evenings, weekends and holidays depending on business needs. In collaboration with HQ IT teams and lead the delivery & support of all IT initiatives (global and local) in the region, ensure proper project management and change control processes are followed, and approved budget are managed, to enable the Region business strategies and plan. Oversee the ongoing operations of all IT solutions and services in the region to ensure they meets the needs of the business, and all SLAs are met by ensuring timely problem resolution and providing excellent customer service Install, support and maintain computer hardware, network and software infrastructure as needed Ensure all computer systems are functioning properly including file servers, data backup, database servers, POS terminals, CCTV, internet connection, PA System, WAN and VPN connection Ensured competitive costs for systems and services through adept negotiation and by developing beneficial business relationships with vendors. Analyze computer / IT problems reported and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement measures Maintain proper administration records of IT equipment inventory, application software inventory, software licenses, IT equipment movement, networking & other IT related information Provide training, guidance, and support to end users Perform any ad hoc IT duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS:Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in IT services and project management preferably with hospitality industry experience Familiar with Windows operation systems and office applications Hands-on experience in TCP/IP Networking, Basic Firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN network security Good communication skills, including verbal and writing skills Good organizational and management skills Positive attitude, Self-motivated, High sense of responsibility Ability to work independently on complex tasks Problem solving ability Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Role Purpose:The IT Security Lead is responsible for implementing and managing ASD’s enterprise information security programme to protect its systems, data, and digital assets from cyber threats and ensure regulatory compliance. The role establishes and matures the organization's security posture through policy, technology, and awareness — with a specific focus on securing the SAP S/4HANA programme environment, Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure, and operational technology. Oversee installation and testing of ITS components (CCTV, VMS, Traffic Control, Sensors, Communication Networks). Ensure system integration between ITS, traffic management centers, and related infrastructure. Coordinate with road, electrical, and telecom disciplines to ensure smooth implementation. Verify compliance with client specifications and international standards. Manage contractor submissions, FAT/SAT procedures, and as-built documentation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions tailored to support airport operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all infrastructure systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with aviation industry standards.<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field of study<br><br>Review ICT design deliverables concept design, detailed design, IFC, shop drawings, and all related technical documents. Review and coordinate ICT/ELV design documents, specifications, schedules, reports, and technical documents. Ensure proper design and coordination of telecom rooms, data rooms, cable containment plans, riser diagrams, equipment locations, power, cooling, and space requirements. Review ICT/ELV systems such as structured cabling, fiber network, data network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, fire alarm system, intruder alarm, PA/VA, IP telephony, intercom, AV, digital signage, and related ELV systems. Coordinate ICT requirements with architecture, MEP, structure, security, and operation teams. Identify design gaps, clashes, interface issues, and propose suitable technical solutions. Support tender review, technical evaluation, value engineering, and design clarification. Review testing reports, commissioning documents, O&M manuals, warranties, training records, and asset registers. Prepare technical reports, meeting inputs, and coordination notes. <br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT/ELV design and coordination. Experience with all project design stages from concept design up to IFC, shop drawings, as-built, testing, commissioning, and handover. Experience in design and design review for aviation projects. Good knowledge of ICT/ELV systems, international standards, and project documentation. Good understanding of system integration, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction-stage requirements. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Experience with Data Center design requirements and Data Center Tier classifications. Experience with physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and security control rooms. Good understanding of cybersecurity requirements, network segregation, IT/OT separation, and secure ICT infrastructure design.
