JOB PURPOSE:• Provide day-to-day application support for business and operational systems used by DPW Jeddah.• Log, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve user issues in line with agreed priorities and service levels.• Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams and vendors to ensure stable application availability, timely incident resolution and continuous improvement.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide first and second level support for business applications, portals, integrations and related operational systems. The role supports the cybersecurity infrastructure program by ensuring secure connectivity for users, applications, and devices across on‑premises and cloud environments. The engineer enforces identity‑based access control, device posture verification, and secure remote access mechanisms in alignment with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), international cybersecurity standards, and internal cybersecurity policies. The position works closely with network, cloud, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure secure and resilient access to enterprise resources while supporting the organization’s Zero Trust security architecture<br>Key Responsibilities ZTNA / SASE Platform Management Implement and maintain ZTNA and SASE solutions to provide secure access to enterprise applications.
