Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary administration, benefits management, and HR policies. Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors modules.
