<p><strong>1. Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Document Controller is responsible for receiving, registering, distributing, tracking, filing and archiving all project documents and correspondence.&nbsp;</p><p>The role ensures that approved and current documents are available to relevant teams and that records for civil works, bridges, culverts and track-laying activities are managed in accordance with project procedures, contractual requirements and document-control standards via Aconex.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Implement the approved project document-control procedures and filing structure.</li><li>Receive, register, classify, distribute and archive incoming and outgoing documents.</li><li>Maintain document registers, correspondence logs, drawing registers and submission trackers.</li><li>Control technical documents, including drawings, specifications, calculations, method statements, material submittals and inspection documents.</li><li>Manage documents relating to civil works, earthworks, bridges, culverts, drainage, utilities and trackwork.</li><li>Assign and verify document numbers, revision codes, status codes and transmittal references.</li><li>Prepare and issue document transmittals to the Employer, Engineer/Consultant, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Upload, distribute and track documents through the approved electronic document management system.</li><li>Monitor document review and approval workflows and follow up on overdue responses.</li><li>Ensure superseded documents are removed from active use and clearly marked and archived.</li><li>Ensure that construction teams use only the latest approved-for-construction drawings and documents.</li><li>Maintain distribution matrices and ensure documents are issued to authorized recipients.</li><li>Control requests for information, technical queries, site instructions, non-conformance reports and design-change records.</li><li>Maintain registers for method statements, material approvals, shop drawings, inspection requests and test reports.</li><li>Maintain contractual correspondence, meeting minutes, progress reports, notices, variations and claim-related records.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, HSE, commercial, planning and procurement teams.</li><li>Support the preparation and compilation of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, quality dossiers and handover records.</li><li>Conduct regular checks of project files to confirm completeness, accuracy and traceability.</li><li>Protect confidential, commercial and employee-related information from unauthorized access.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly document-control status reports.</li><li>Support internal, external, client and quality-management audits.</li><li>Maintain secure backups and ensure the proper retention of electronic and hard-copy records.</li><li>Assist with project close-out, final document indexing and submission of the complete handover dossier.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>Document control or records management certification is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant document-control experience, including at least 3 years on construction or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Experience on railway, metro, transportation or major civil-engineering projects is preferred.</li><li>Experience handling civil, bridge, culvert, drainage and trackwork documentation is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.</li><li>Experience working with a main contractor, consultant, joint venture or consortium is desirable.</li><li>Proven experience managing large volumes of multidisciplinary project documentation.</li><li>Experience of Aconex is preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul><p>Candidate Preference</p>

Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Human Resources Engineer is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment coordination, employee mobilization, personnel administration and HR data management for the railway project.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role supports the timely deployment and retention of engineering, construction, technical and administrative personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies, project requirements and applicable Saudi labour and immigration requirements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and regularly update the project manpower plan based on the construction programme and resource requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate recruitment for civil works, bridges, culverts, trackwork and supporting project functions.</li> <li>Prepare job descriptions, candidate specifications, organizational charts, and recruitment schedules.</li> <li>Coordinate candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, selection, offers and employment-contract preparation.</li> <li>Verify candidates&rsquo; qualifications, experience certificates, professional registrations and employment documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of local and expatriate personnel.</li> <li>Monitor visa,work permitt,residency permit,t and employee document validity and coordinate renewals with the relevant departments.</li> <li>Coordinate Saudi Council of Engineers registration requirements for engineering and technical personnel, where applicable.</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, organizational data and HR management-system information.</li> <li>Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, salary-adjustment letters, transfer documents and separation documentation.</li> <li>Maintain attendance, timesheets, leave, rotation, overtime and absenteeism records.</li> <li>Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, allowances, overtime, deductions, unpaid leave and employee changes.</li> <li>Support workforce allocation across civil, bridge, culvert and track-laying work fronts.</li> <li>Monitor actual manpower against the approved budget and construction programme.</li> <li>Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports covering manpower, recruitment, mobilization, turnover, absenteeism and localization.</li> <li>Support compliance with Saudization and other workforce-localization requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee development.</li> <li>Coordinate training requirements with the construction, engineering, quality and HSE departments.</li> <li>Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns in accordance with company procedures.</li> <li>Support employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives for site-based personnel.</li> <li>Coordinate staff accommodation, transportation, medical insurance and other employee services with the administration team.</li> <li>Conduct exit interviews and process resignations, terminations, final clearances and final settlements.</li> <li>Support internal and external HR audits and provide the required records and evidence.</li> <li>Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and payroll information.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.</li> <li>A professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent certification is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years on a major construction or infrastructure project.</li> <li>Experience supporting railway, metro, civil-engineering or transportation projects is preferred.</li> <li>Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience in high-volume recruitment and mobilization of engineering, technical, skilled and unskilled personnel.</li> <li>Familiarity with Saudi employment, immigration, payroll and workforce-localization procedures.</li> <li>Experience in managing multicultural and geographically dispersed project workforces.</li> <li>Experience working for a main contractor, joint venture or consortium is an advantage.</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p>Candidate Preference</p>
