Monitor departmental financial performance, F&I commission income, outstanding payments, and trade debtors. Ensure all customer payments are cleared before vehicle handover. Maintain showroom standards, vehicle condition, safety, security, and operational compliance. Ensure compliance with applicable brand and dealer operating standards.<br>Requirements<br>Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and marketing within the luxury automotive industry. Strong knowledge and experience in the local luxury automotive retail market. Strong leadership, organization, planning, and team management skills.
