<b>Job Description</b><p><b>Overview</b></p><br><p>AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Commercial Director, in KSA. The Commercial Director will lead and oversee the multiple commercial management projects in Saudi Arabia. This strategic role ensures that projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, financial targets, and internal governance standards. <p>Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Head Nurse to a Royal Household in Riyadh, leading the household s nursing team private duty, paediatric, neonatal and critical care nurses and holding clinical governance across the residence. The appointment is the single point of nursing coordination between the household s Medical Director, visiting consultants and the family office, at home and when the family travels. The Mandate Clinical leadership of the household nursing team: rostering, competency, supervision and development of private duty, paediatric, neonatal and critical care nurses. Governance: protocols, medication management, documentation, escalation pathways and audit to a standard any regulator would recognise. Single point of coordination with the Medical Director, visiting consultants and the family office, including international medical coordination when the family travels. Absolute discretion under NDA.</p><p>The household s nursing provision has grown to the point where it needs a leader rather than a roster. The Head Nurse takes charge of a team spanning private duty, paediatric, neonatal and critical care nursing: who is on, who is competent for what, how medication is managed and documented, how an escalation runs at three in the morning, and how the whole operation is audited. She is the Medical Director s counterpart on the nursing side, the family office s single point of contact for anything nursing-related, and the coordinator of medical arrangements when the family travels abroad. Eight years including substantive leadership at charge nurse, ward manager or matron level is the threshold; the Riyadh household will select for authority without noise, governance instinct and discretion.</p><p>Licensing sequence: SCFHS, Saudi Arabia</p><p>The Kingdom s regulator is the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), and every step runs through its Mumaris Plus platform. <p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator, support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDGs. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. DCO exercises managerial and oversight functions of the resident coordinator system under the oversight of the Chair of United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). In 2026, DCO undertook a recalibration to ensure the RC system remains optimally configured to support the acceleration of the 2030 Agenda and embodies the UN 2.0 shift- anchored in data, digital, innovation, behavioral science, strategic foresight, and a mission driven organizational culture. The position is located in the United Nations Resident Coordination Office (RCO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Under the guidance of the Head of Office and direct supervision of the Resident Coordinator (RC), and in full confidentiality, the Executive Assistant ensures effective and efficient functioning of the RC Front-Office, overall management of the RC's schedule and logistical requirements, maintenance of protocol procedures, management of information flow, and follow up on deadlines and commitments made.</p><p>Responsibilities Within delegated authority, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ol><li>ENSURE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF THE RC FRONT OFFICE: Maintain the Resident Coordinator s calendar and representation schedule, arrange appointments and meetings of the RC, provide protocol coverage, ensure logistical details of RC participation in events, and act as an interpreter and/or taking minutes of meetings when required. <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle of the Projects. The role will support project management in maintaining budget compliance, cost forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and effective commercial decision-making.</p><br>Your role<p><b>Cost Planning & Budget Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and cost control systems.</li><li>Establish cost breakdown structures (CBS) aligned with project work packages and contract requirements.</li><li>Track project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances.</li><li>Support the preparation of baseline budgets for bridge and infrastructure construction activities.</li><li>Monitor commitments, actual expenditures, and forecasted costs throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><b>Cost Forecasting & Reporting</b></p><br><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost forecasts and cash flow projections.</li><li>Perform monthly cost reviews and analyze project cost performance.</li><li>Identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures.</li><li>Prepare periodic cost reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.</li><li>Ensure accurate forecasting of final project costs and estimate-at-completion (EAC) values.</li><li>Earned Value Management (EVM)</li><li>Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.</li><li>Analyze project trends and provide recommendations for corrective actions.</li><li>Support management decision-making through performance analysis.</li></ul><p><b>Change Management & Cost Impact Assessment</b></p><br><ul><li>Support change control processes and maintain change registers.</li><li>Coordinate with commercial and engineering teams to quantify cost impacts.</li><li>Prepare cost assessments and recommendations for approval.</li></ul><p><b>Procurement & Commitment Tracking</b></p><br><ul><li>Monitor procurement budgets and commitments.</li><li>Review purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and material commitments.</li><li>Track committed costs against approved budgets.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement teams to evaluate cost implications of sourcing strategies.</li><li>Assist in analyzing supplier and subcontractor commercial performance.</li></ul><p><b>Contract & Commercial Support</b></p><br><ul><li>Support commercial and contract administration teams in cost-related matters.</li><li>Review interim payment applications and evaluate cost trends.</li><li>Assist in the assessment of contractor claims, variations, and commercial submissions.</li><li>Verify financial impacts associated with contractual changes and project risks.</li><li>Support preparation of financial justifications and commercial recommendations.</li></ul><p><b>Risk Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Identify project cost risks and opportunities.</li><li>Develop risk-adjusted cost forecasts.</li><li>Support maintenance of project risk registers and contingency allocations.</li><li>Evaluate financial exposure associated with schedule delays, scope growth, and market fluctuations.</li><li>Recommend proactive strategies to control project costs.</li></ul><p><b>Project Controls Integration</b></p><br><ul><li>Work closely with Planning Engineers and Project Controls teams to align cost and schedule information.</li><li>Integrate cost performance with project schedules and construction progress.</li><li>Support development of project performance metrics and KPI reporting.</li><li>Facilitate integrated project controls reporting for senior management and client stakeholders.</li></ul>About you<p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Master's Degree in Project Management, Cost Engineering, or Construction Management is an advantage.</li></ul><p><b>Experience Requirements</b></p><br><ul><li>Minimum 8–12 years of experience in cost control and project controls within major construction projects.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects.</li><li>GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience working with consultants, PMCs, government authorities, or major contractors is preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Key Skills</b></p><br><ul><li>Advanced cost control and <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Traffic & Detour Engineer will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring traffic management and detour strategies for the Projects. The role focuses on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, emergency services, and public transport throughout all phases of bridge and infrastructure construction.</p><br>Your role<p><b>Traffic Management Planning</b></p><br><ul><li>Develop and implement Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TTMPs) for bridge and infrastructure construction activities.</li><li>Prepare traffic diversion and detour schemes to support phased construction works.</li><li>Review construction staging and identify traffic impacts associated with bridge erection, road closures, utility relocations, and infrastructure works.</li><li>Ensure traffic management plans comply with clients, MOT, and applicable Saudi standards and guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate traffic management requirements during project planning and construction phases.</li><li>Bridge & Infrastructure Traffic Coordination</li><li>Develop traffic phasing plans that maintain network functionality during bridge construction activities.</li><li>Coordinate lane closures, temporary alignments, and traffic diversions required for construction operations.</li><li>Review traffic impacts associated with bridge launching, girder erection, heavy lifting activities, and major structural works.</li></ul><p><b>Traffic Studies & Analysis</b></p><br><ul><li>Conduct traffic assessments and analyze construction-related impacts on road users.</li><li>Review traffic volumes, intersection performance, queue lengths, and operational constraints.</li><li>Evaluate alternative traffic diversion routes and recommend optimal solutions.</li><li>Assess pedestrian and cyclist movement requirements within construction zones.</li><li>Support traffic simulation and modelling exercises where required.</li></ul><p><b>Traffic Safety & Road User Protection</b></p><br><ul><li>Ensure all traffic management measures are designed and implemented with safety as the primary objective.</li><li>Monitor compliance with approved traffic control layouts and road safety requirements.</li><li>Inspect temporary signage, barricades, road markings, lighting systems, and directional guidance measures.</li><li>Support Road Safety Audits (RSA) and traffic safety inspections.</li></ul><p><b>Construction Interface Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to align traffic diversion plans with project schedules.</li><li>Review contractor traffic management proposals and provide technical recommendations.</li><li>Ensure traffic requirements are incorporated into construction methodologies and work packages.</li><li>Support planning and sequencing of road closures and restricted access activities.</li><li>Minimize traffic disruption while maintaining project productivity.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder & Authority Coordination</b></p><br><ul><li>Facilitate approvals for traffic diversions, detours, and road closure requests.</li><li>Participate in stakeholder meetings and traffic coordination workshops.</li><li>Ensure all authority requirements are incorporated into project traffic you<p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highway Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering is desirable.</li><li>Professional Engineering registration or membership of a recognized engineering institution is preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Experience Requirements</b></p><br><ul><li>Minimum 8-12 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation infrastructure projects.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience supporting major bridge, highway, or urban infrastructure projects.</li><li>Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience working on large-scale government infrastructure and transportation
