This role will provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality assets, ensuring robust cost planning, commercial governance, contract administration and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects, with a strong background working for Tier 1 contractors before transitioning into consultancy. Experience delivering 5-star hospitality developments within mega projects is essential. Working alongside Finance, Product and Engineering teams, you will-Lead the client-side delivery of a major ERP implementation Own the relationship with the external Systems Integrator Design financial architecture including chart of accounts, sub-ledgers and reconciliation frameworks Ensure seamless integration between ERP, operational platforms and banking/payment systems Replace manual Excel-based financial processes with scalable, controlled ERP solutions Build finance controls, governance and audit evidence directly into system design Support implementation of IFRS-driven accounting and reporting requirements Drive successful testing, cutover and transition into business-as-usual operations Create long-term internal capability rather than dependency on external consultants<br>Requirements:7-10 years' experience within finance systems, ERP transformation or finance advisory Experience working on at least one end-to-end ERP implementation Strong understanding of finance processes and financial controls Working knowledge of IFRS, particularly financial instruments and revenue recognition Experience working with finance, technology and external implementation partners Ability to translate finance requirements into practical system solutions Strong stakeholder management across executive, finance and technical teams The ideal candidate will combine finance knowledge with ERP implementation experience, come from a Big 4 Technology Consulting environment, Finance Transformation or ERP Advisory.
