*Job Description Assist in developing and refining concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings. Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, MEP, structural, and project management) to ensure design integrity. Review consultants’ drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and codes. Support in preparing submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes. Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and stakeholders. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address construction-related issues Strong proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. Experience with visualization and presentation tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion, etc.). Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.*Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in architecture.*Languages Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).*Experience5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
