Monitor expenses, manage vendor contracts with the DOE/ Finance team, and source cost-effective solutions. Participate and contribute in the development of the pre-opening budget (POB) Compliance & Safety: Conduct annual audits of fire safety, electrical systems, water treatment and engineering operations efficiency. Sustainability Initiatives: Drive energy and water conservation programs, including retrofitting systems for efficiency, implementing renewable energy solutions, and tracking carbon footprint reduction. Perform quarterly utilities review on each asset. Crisis Management: Lead response to technical emergencies (e.g., power outages, equipment failures) with mÃnimal disruption to operations. Develop contingency plans and conduct drills. Project Management: Oversee renovations, expansions, and new installations, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with design specifications. Should have the ability to undertake Technical Services responsibilities when required.<br><br>Key Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.7+ years of experience in a cluster/ group level position managing multiple luxury or mixed-used assets. Certifications in Project Management (PMP), or LEEDs accreditation will be advantageous. Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell). Proficiency in Auto CAD, CMMS software, and energy management tools (e.g., ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager). Strong grasp of sustainability practices and renewable energy systems.
