Ensure major project risks are appropriately reflected in programme-level risk reporting. Provide risk-based input into planning, forecasting, project reviews, and management decision-making.
6. Risk Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement

Plan and facilitate risk identification, assessment, and conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders. Engage directly with BDC departments, EGIS teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to obtain accurate and current risk information. Ensure workshops result in meaningful risks, accountable owners, practical mitigation actions, and clear deadlines. Encourage open discussion of risks and ensure potential issues are identified before they become significant problems. Challenge stakeholders constructively where risk assessments or mitigation strategies do not adequately reflect the actual project situation. Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding material risks and required interventions.
7. Provide clear visibility of the current risk profile, including high and critical risks, emerging risks, risk trends, overdue actions, and mitigation status. Develop appropriate risk indicators, trends, and management information to support early identification of deteriorating risk conditions. Ensure risk reports are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with BDC reporting requirements. Present risk information clearly to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
8. Integration with Project Controls and Decision-Making

Ensure risk management is integrated with project controls and other management functions rather than operating as a standalone reporting activity. Company Description Review Glow is an AI-powered online presence manager designed for small businesses that want to streamline how they collect and manage customer feedback. The platform automates review collection, responses, highlighting, and tracking in one centralized place. By simplifying reputation management, Review Glow helps small businesses improve trust, visibility, and customer engagement. The company focuses on delivering intuitive, results-oriented tools that support business growth and long-term customer relationships.
Your role: propsect, qualify, close You will identify and reach out to business owners who would benefit from the platform. You will generate your own leads through Linked In, cold email, outbound calling, networking, referrals, events, or any channels you know how to use effectively. You will qualify opportunities and focus your energy where conversion potential is highest. You will run sales calls, present the platform clearly, and demonstrate the value in a way that feels practical and commercially relevant to the prospect. You will close deals and convert prospects into paying subscribers. You will manage your pipeline end to end, with full ownership of your activity and results. This is a fully remote role. You can work from wherever you want, on the schedule that works best for you. You are both your own business developer and your own closer. You will have full ownership of your sales engine, while working alongside a team that is actively building the commercial function.
Who we're looking for You have solid experience in B2B prospecting and closing. You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and converting prospects into paying customers. You are highly autonomous and know how to build and execute an outbound plan without being micromanaged. You have a real hunter mindset. You do not wait for inbound leads to fall into your lap but you go out and create opportunities. You are comfortable using prospecting tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, shared sales tools, cold email tools, scraping tools, and outbound workflows. You are confident presenting Saa S or technology products and explaining value in a simple, persuasive way. You are resilient, handle objections well, and know how to keep momentum after rejection. You are results-oriented, and your numbers speak for themselves. You have native or bilingual-level English, with the confidence and fluency needed to cold call prospects professionally across our main target markets: North America, Europe, and the GCC. You are able to adapt your tone and communication style to different business cultures and decision-makers, especially when speaking with founders, operators, and business owners in international markets.
Bonus points if You have sold Saa S, martech, hospitality tech, CRM, reputation management, or digital business tools before. You already have your own network of entrepreneurs, multi-location operators, agencies, or small business decision-makers. You understand the challenges local businesses face when trying to build trust, generate reviews, and improve visibility online. You already have a prospecting playbook that works and can be adapted quickly.
Compensation: commission only with recurring upside Let’s be direct: There is no fixed salary.
We intentionally built this as a high-upside entrepreneurial role. Rather than limiting earnings with a fixed salary, we reward performance through recurring commissions that grow as your client portfolio grows.
You earn commission on every subscription you close. Each active client you bring in generates recurring commission for up to 12 months from their signup date, provided they remain active throughout that period. That means each client can contribute recurring commission for a maximum of 12 months. There is no cap on what you can earn. Plans typically start at $110/month and can go up to $247/month, depending on the region and market. That means every deal you close has meaningful recurring value, and your income can build month after month as your client base grows. In practical terms, if you close 10 clients on recurring subscriptions, you continue earning commission on those active accounts each month until they reach their 12-month anniversary. If you add more clients the following month, your recurring income grows with them. This model is designed for closers who want to build a strong book of business and create sustained income over time, rather than rely only on one-off payouts. The exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Why join now? We are in active growth mode — this is not a concept or an early idea. The product solves a real and visible business problem: small businesses need more reviews, better reputation management, and a simpler way to manage customer feedback in one place. The market is broad. The platform is relevant to restaurants, hospitality businesses, clinics, service businesses, retail operators, and other local businesses that depend on trust and visibility to win customers. The pricing is accessible enough to support a relatively short sales cycle, while still being valuable enough to create meaningful recurring commission. The role offers full flexibility: remote work, flexible hours, and very little bureaucracy. Most importantly, the commission model gives you the opportunity to build recurring income over time, rather than constantly starting from zero each month.
What we provide Full access to the platform for demos Product onboarding and training A shared platform to track pipeline and opportunities Commercial support when needed on more advanced or strategic discussions Everything else is yours to build. We are looking for entrepreneurial salespeople, not people who need to be spoon-fed.
Ready to hunt? Send us:A short overview of your prospecting approach in 3 to 5 lines Why you believe you are a strong fit for this roleThis is a commission-only role. The upside is real, but so is the expectation of ownership. If you are looking for a comfortable salaried position with inbound leads handed to you, this is probably not the right fit. If you want to build a profitable outbound engine and grow recurring income without a ceiling, we should talk.

The primary mandate is to balance Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by precisely scheduling capital interventions, major overhauls, and asset replacements. This role ensures the city-scale development avoids catastrophic infrastructure failures and remains financially viable across its multi-decade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) & Refurbishment Forecasting

Long-Term Capital Planning Develop and continuously update the 10 30-year Capital Asset Replacement Plan () covering all districts and asset classes (utilities, transport, public realm, attractions, community assets). Maintain rolling forecasts that reflect evolving asset conditions, technology changes, and growth phases.

Overhaul & Replacement Scheduling Predict when high-value infrastructure assets such as district cooling chillers, tunnel structures, wastewater treatment plants, bridges, and public realm monuments require major rehabilitation versus full replacement. Prioritize interventions based on risk, performance, cost, and criticality.

Financial Modeling & CAPEX Cash Flow Translate asset degradation rates and lifecycle data into detailed cash-flow forecasts for corporate finance and investment planning. Model different scenarios (life extension vs. replacement, technology upgrades, changing regulatory requirements) to support strategic decision-making.

Sinking Fund & Reserve Optimization

Reserve Strategy & Alignment Partner directly with the Service Charge Director to determine how much must be collected from commercial tenants, asset operators, and residents to fund long-term sinking funds and reserves for common-area infrastructure. Align reserve strategies with lifecycle models, ensuring that future replacement events are fully funded.

Deficit Prevention & Inflation Adjustment Ensure reserves collected today are accurately calculated to match inflation-adjusted replacement costs decades into the future. Incorporate assumptions for construction cost escalation, technology shifts, and regulatory compliance requirements into reserve sizing.

Governance & Transparency Provide transparent methodologies and documented assumptions for sinking fund calculations to support governance, audits, and stakeholder confidence.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & Reliability Engineering

OPEX vs. CAPEX Trade-Off Analysis Analyze live operational and maintenance data to assess whether continued spending (high-frequency maintenance) is economically justified or whether a replacement is more cost-effective. Recommend asset replacement, refurbishment, or redesign strategies based on lifecycle cost optimization.

Predictive Lifecycle Modeling Utilize reliability engineering methodologies (asset degradation curves, condition-based models) adapted to local climate and operating environments. Calculate metrics such as , probability of failure, and remaining useful life () for key asset groups.

Lifecycle Performance Metrics Define and track lifecycle performance indicators (age vs. health, cost vs. reliability, risk vs. criticality) to support risk-informed investment decisions. Work with technical directors and SAP-EAMS teams to ensure data required for lifecycle modeling is captured consistently.

Stage-Gate Design Optimization

Design for Maintainability & Lifecycle Cost Collaborate with the Estate Vesting & Design Director during early design and construction phases to influence material choices, system designs, and asset specifications. Ensure that design decisions account for long-term maintenance burden, replacement costs, and operational risks.

Lifecycle Material & Design Audits Review and challenge design proposals and contractor value-engineering that reduce initial build cost but significantly increase lifecycle cost or risk. Conduct lifecycle cost audits comparing alternative materials, technologies, and design strategies.

Stage-Gate Input & Approval Criteria Provide lifecycle performance criteria and replacement cost implications into stage-gate reviews for major projects, expansions, and upgrades. Support governance by ensuring that lifecycle considerations are embedded into all design approval processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering, Asset Management, Finance or Quantity Surveying. A master's degree is strongly preferred.

Professional Credentials Certifications such as (Certified Asset Management Assessor), IAM Diploma (Institute of Asset Management), or MRICS (Chartered Facilities Management/Quantity Surveying pathway) are highly desirable. Additional qualifications in reliability engineering, RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), or implementation are an advantage.

Experience 20 years experience in lifecycle costing, capital planning, reliability-centered maintenance, or strategic asset management.

Experience in international mega-projects, large infrastructure portfolios, major airports, utilities, or master-planned smart cities.

Proven track record in developing long-term plans, sinking fund methodologies, and TCO optimization strategies.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, design, and IT/asset systems teams.
