You will be working across outdoor and indoor RAN solutions, defining architecture strategies, driving performance excellence, and ensuring every network element is designed and integrated to the highest standards. enterprise, private network, or public mobile network deployment programs Deep technical expertise in RF planning, propagation modelling, and optimization for both outdoor macro and indoor distributed antenna system (DAS) or small cell environments, with proficiency in industry-standard RF planning tools such as Atoll, Asset, or equivalent Comprehensive knowledge of LTE/5G RAN architecture, including thorough understanding of radio protocols, SON features, beamforming, massive MIMO, carrier aggregation, and the end-to-end RAN stack in both standalone and non-standalone 5G configurations Strong experience in RAN KPI management, performance assurance, and tuning, with the ability to define KPI frameworks, analyse drive test data, identify root causes of performance degradation, and implement effective optimization strategies across multi-vendor environments Proven ability to define integration requirements between RAN, core, and transport domains, with a solid understanding of network interfaces, signalling flows, and the technical dependencies that underpin end-to-end mobile network performance Demonstrated experience in acceptance testing and operational readiness
