نحن نبحث عن مهندس Instrumentation ذو خبرة (خبير موضوعي) لقيادة ودعم مبادرات الاعتماد على الصيانة المعتمدة علىReliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) في أنظمة القياس والتحكم والأتمتة. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تحسين موثوقية الأصول وتوافرها وأداءها التشغيلي من خلال تطبيق منهجية الصيانة المعتمدة على الموثوقية (RCM) وفق معايير SAE JA1011 / JA1012 عبر مشاريع صناعية كبيرة النطاق.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة وتسهل دراسات الصيانة المعتمدة على الموثوقية (RCM) لأنظمة القياس والتحكم بما يتوافق مع معايير SAE JA1011 / JA1012.
- تطبيق أسئلة RCM السبعة لتحديد استراتيجيات الصيانة المثلى لأصول القياس.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموثوقية لتعظيم الأداء والتوافر لـ:
- أجهزة القياس الميدانية
- محللات العمليات
- صمامات التحكم
- PLC (المتحكمات المنطقية المبرمجة)
- DCS (أنظمة التحكم الموزعة)
- SIS (أنظمة السلامة المجهزة)
- إجراء FMEA/FMECA (تحليل أوضاع العطل وآثارها وشدتها) وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لعطل الأجهزة وتدهور الأداء الوظيفي.
- تحليل تاريخ فشل الأجهزة وتقارير الإنذار وبيانات مراقبة الحالة واتجاهات الأداء لتحسين فاعلية الصيانة.
- حساب MTBF (متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال) وتحديد أوقات صيانة وقائية ومعدلات معايرة مثلى.
- تطوير وتحسين برامج الصيانة الوقائية، وروتينات المعايرة، واستراتيجيات التفتيش، وخطط الصيانة لتقليل فترات التوقف وتكاليف دورة الحياة.
- قيادة ورش عمل RCM وFMECA بمشاركة فرق العمليات والصيانة والموثوقية والهندسة.
- تدريب وتوجيه وإرشاد مهندسي وموردي القياس في منهجية RCM والهندسة الموثوقية وأفضل ممارسات الصيانة.
- استخدام GE APM Meridium لتحليل الموثوقية وتحسين الصيانة.
- استخدام SAP CMMS لتخطيط الصيانة، وإدارة أوامر العمل، وتحليل تاريخ الأصول، والتوثيق.
- دعم مراقبة صحة الأصول، وتحليل العناصر السيئة، ومبادرات تحسين الموثوقية وبرامج التحسين المستمر.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة القياس والتحكم، أو الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة القياس والتحكم، أو الهندسة الموثوقية، أو هندسة الصيانة ضمن بيئات صناعية.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطبيق منهجية Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) وفق معايير SAE JA1011 / JA1012.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع صناعية كبيرة النطاق، أو EPC، أو تحسين موثوقية الأصول.
- معرفة تقنية قوية بـ:
- القياس الميداني
- محللات العمليات
- صمامات التحكم
- أنظمة PLC
- أنظمة DCS
- أنظمة SIS
- خبرة عملية باستخدام GE APM Meridium و SAP CMMS.
- شهادة CMRP (مختص صيانة وموثوقية محترف) إلزامية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وحل المشكلات، والاتصال، والعرض، والتنسيق بين الفرق.
الخبرة المفضلة:
- سيُفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة في الصناعات التالية: النفط والغاز، البتروكيماويات، المصافي، توليد الطاقة، المصانع الثقيلة

- فهم قوي للمعايير الدولية المرتبطة بموثوقية القياس والسلامة الوظيفية.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced RCM Instrument Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) to lead and support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving asset reliability, availability, and operational performance by applying Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards across large-scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies for instrumentation and control systems in compliance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards.
- Apply the seven RCM questions to determine optimal maintenance strategies for instrumentation assets.
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to maximize the performance and availability of:
- Field Instruments
- Process Analyzers
- Control Valves
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- DCS (Distributed Control Systems)
- SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems)
- Conduct FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for instrumentation failures and functional degradation.
- Analyze instrument failure history, alarm reports, condition monitoring data, and performance trends to improve maintenance effectiveness.
- Calculate MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and establish optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration frequencies.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs, calibration routines, inspection strategies, and maintenance plans to reduce downtime and lifecycle costs.
- Lead RCM and FMECA workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering teams.
- Train, mentor, and guide instrumentation engineers and technicians on RCM methodology, reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices.
- Utilize GE APM Meridium for reliability analysis and maintenance optimization.
- Utilize SAP CMMS for maintenance planning, work order management, asset history analysis, and documentation.
- Support asset health monitoring, bad actor analysis, reliability improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, reliability engineering, or maintenance engineering within industrial environments.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience applying Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards.
- Proven experience working on large-scale industrial, EPC, or asset reliability improvement projects.

- Hands-on experience using GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred: Oil & Gas Petrochemical Refinery Power Generation Heavy Industrial Plants

- Strong understanding of international standards related to instrumentation reliability and functional safety.
- Ability to perform reliability analysis and maintenance optimization for critical instrumentation assets.
- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary RCM/FMECA workshops.
