Qualifications Minimum 8–10 years of experience in heavy equipment operations, mine earthworks, road access construction, and drilling pad preparation. Previous supervisory experience in heavy equipment or construction operations is required. Strong knowledge of earthworks, heavy equipment operations, mining support services, and construction methodologies. Experience in mining, exploration, construction, or industrial field operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environmental, and operational compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong planning, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational governance, compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop, review, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational departments. Document business processes, workflows, and operational controls using best practice methodologies. Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen governance. Ensure SOPs clearly define responsibilities, approval authorities, internal controls, and escalation procedures. Maintain SOP templates, document numbering systems, version control, approval workflows, and document registers.
