Warehouses & Distribution Manager | Reef Group<br>Position Title: Warehouses & Distribution Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time<br>About the Role:Reef Group is seeking an experienced and operationally driven Warehouses & Distribution Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations across the organization while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely fulfillment for branches and multiple sales channels. This role plays a critical part in optimizing warehouse performance, improving distribution efficiency, enhancing inventory control, and supporting business growth through effective warehousing and logistics operations.<br>Key Responsibilities:Warehouse & Distribution Operations• Lead and oversee all warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, storage, dispatching, loading, and distribution operations across branches and sales channels.• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain alignment between physical stock and system records through effective inventory controls.• Organize warehouse layouts and optimize storage utilization to improve accessibility and operational efficiency.• Manage warehouse and distribution teams, assign daily tasks, monitor operational discipline, and improve workforce productivity.• Apply safety standards and storage quality procedures across warehouses and loading areas. Inventory Control & Operational Excellence• Minimize damaged and lost inventory through operational analysis and corrective actions.• Coordinate closely with Logistics teams to ensure shipment readiness and on-time distribution execution.• Supervise cycle counts and periodic inventory audits while analyzing discrepancies and operational variances.• Monitor stock movement between warehouses, branches, and sales channels while ensuring tracking accuracy.• Improve receiving, dispatching, and loading procedures to reduce processing time and increase responsiveness. Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement• Lead warehouse improvement initiatives through warehouse management systems, automation, and digital transformation projects.• Analyze warehouse KPIs including productivity, picking speed, inventory accuracy, and storage utilization while providing improvement recommendations.• Manage warehouse assets and equipment while ensuring operational readiness and maintenance compliance.• Support expansion plans and new branch openings through warehouse setup and distribution planning.• Prepare regular reports for senior management covering warehouse performance, operational risks, and KPI achievement.• Develop and update warehouse and distribution policies, procedures, and operational standards across the company.• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and E-commerce teams to align warehousing and distribution activities with business demand.<br>Required Qualifications:Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations. Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or perfume industries is highly preferred. Technical & Professional Skills• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution management.• Advanced inventory control and warehouse optimization capabilities.• Experience using ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational compliance.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.<br>Why Join Us? The role focuses on governing the asset lifecycle, enhancing the efficiency of storage and distribution operations, and implementing effective control measures that minimize waste and operational risks. This contributes to asset sustainability, business continuity, and the establishment of a highly reliable and transparent operating environment. Responsibilities & Accountabilities :Lead the development and implementation of detailed procedures for receiving, classifying, storing, and issuing materials, consumables, and assets to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with Fund policies. Oversee the deployment of advanced inventory management systems such as ERP, WMS, and RFID technologies to ensure real‑time tracking and data accuracy. Oversee the maintenance of safe, organized, and accessible storage areas to minimize damage, loss, or operational delays. Lead the disposal of damaged, expired, or excess materials in accordance with approved procedures and audit requirements. Strengthen integration with Finance and Procurement to ensure institutional compliance with inventory policies. Direct and execute periodic and surprise audits to verify compliance and provide clear reporting to senior management. Promote a culture of integrity and fraud prevention through enhanced controls and operational team awareness. Build an integrated digital ecosystem linking inventory management with financial systems, supply chain platforms, and logistics operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancement, standardization, and digitization to strengthen operational efficiency. Leverage feedback from field teams to improve policies and ensure practical applicability. Support conflict resolution related to supply, returns, or discrepancies in collaboration with Procurement and Finance. Strengthen collaboration with end‑users to ensure effective material utilization and fulfillment of operational needs. Promote a culture of continuous learning through workshops and training programs. Transfer knowledge and best practices to operational teams to ensure standardized procedures and improved performance. Stay updated on global best practices such as JIT and ABC analysis and apply them when relevant. Support institutional transformation initiatives through process improvement, simplification, and standardization. Strengthen integration between the Assets & Warehouses function and other departments to ensure an efficient and transparent operational flow.
