Distribution & Branch Support Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of shipments. Ensure accurate picking, packing, loading, and internal movement of products. Support smooth product availability across retail branches and sales channels. Monitor fulfillment accuracy and operational timelines. Team Supervision & Performance Supervise warehouse employees and ensure adherence to operational standards. Track team performance, productivity, and discipline. Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety, and best practices. Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare operational reports related to warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Required Qualifications:Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
