Ensure consistent execution of cycle counts, adjustments, and write-off processes. Drive compliance with inventory governance standards and internal controls. Reporting & Analysis:Produce accurate inventory aging, slow-moving, and excess stock reports. Provide actionable insights to support planning and procurement decisions. Support reduction of inventory holding levels while maintaining service levels. Team Leadership:Build, lead, and develop stock control teams across warehouse locations.
