<span>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</span>The Large Industries Business Development (LIBD) works at the intersection of strategy, commercial, finance and project management activities. She/He drives the growth of the Large Industries business line by orchestrating the solution sales process of multi million investment projects. The Role
<p><strong>This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Facade Engineer to join Cundall and support the construction-stage delivery of a large-scale hospitality project in Riyadh.</strong></p><br> <p>Based on site as part of our established engineering team, you will review contractor shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements and RFIs, undertake inspections of facade works, monitor mock-ups, testing and installation quality, and verify compliance with the design intent, specifications and approved details.</p><br> <p>You will coordinate closely with the client, project manager, main contractor, specialist facade subcontractors and Cundall's multidisciplinary teams, proactively identifying technical and quality risks, resolving site issues, reporting progress and supporting the safe, timely delivery of the facade package.</p><br>
The Skills
<p>Educated to BEng degree level or equivalent in facade engineering, civil/structural engineering, architecture, architectural technology or a related discipline, you will have strong practical experience in facade engineering and construction-stage site delivery.</p><br> <p>You will have a sound technical understanding of facade systems, including stick curtain walling, aluminium and glass systems, metal and stone cladding, windows & doors, skylights, waterproofing, and critical interfaces with the primary structure and adjacent trades.</p><br> <p>Given the collaborative, client-facing and site-based nature of this role, excellent communication, clear technical reporting, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work confidently with contractors and multidisciplinary teams are essential.</p><br> <p>Key Requirements:</p><br>

الوصف الوظيفينبحث عن مطور برمجيات Full Stack للعمل بدوام كامل من مقر الشركة في الرياض، للمساهمة في تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب باستخدام ASP. NET Core لتطوير الأنظمة الخلفية (Back-End) وVue.js لتطوير واجهات المستخدم (Front-End).<br>سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتطوير وصيانة (RESTful APIs)، وبناء واجهات مستخدم حديثة وسهلة الاستخدام، وضمان الربط بين الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية بكفاءة عالية.<br>كما تشمل المهام تصميم قواعد بيانات Postgre SQL، وتطوير المميزات التي تعتمد على التحديثات الفورية باستخدام Web Sockets، ونشر التطبيقات باستخدام Docker، والعمل على البنية التحتية السحابية عبر Google Cloud Platform (GCP).<br>المؤهلات المطلوبةدرجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير تطبيقات الويب بنظام Full Stack.خبرة قوية في C# وASP.
