<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager with a strong PMC background to oversee the full lifecycle of contract management on complex, high-value projects. Your role Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early. Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms. Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes. Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed. Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards. Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders. <p>Qualifications & Experience</p>

<li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
