<p>To lead and control the complete production and manufacturing activities of the Company and ensure that all customer orders are manufactured, assembled, tested and completed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with approved drawings, API requirements, Saudi Aramco requirements, customer specifications and the Company's Quality Management System, while driving on-time delivery and operational excellence across our client's team. The Production Manager is accountable for production planning, shop-floor execution, manpower and machine utilization, productivity, manufacturing quality, coordination with supporting departments and strict achievement of committed delivery dates. Lead all production, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing activities and ensure disciplined shop-floor execution. Prepare, implement and continuously update the master production schedule based on confirmed customer purchase orders and contractual delivery dates.
