Technical Tasks — QCPrepare and support the Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in line with project requirements and company standards. Implement the Quality Plan and ITPs throughout the project to ensure inspection and quality control procedures are effectively applied. Maintain QC documentation — including MIRs, WIRs, Findings Reports, and inspection logs — verifying completeness, consistency, and compliance. Carry out inspection activities, Work Inception Permits, and material approvals, ensuring internal verification before consultant involvement. Analyze trends in Findings Reports, especially repeated issues, and support root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Support the evaluation of subcontractors and internal teams based on inspection outcomes and recommend improvement measures. Escalate persistent quality issues, systemic gaps, or risks identified through inspections to the QHSE Manager. Ensure quality issues are flagged and resolved internally before reaching the Consultant, and proactively identify gaps in the QC process. Support the preparation and accuracy of monthly and final QC reports, ensuring unresolved issues or risks are correctly reflected.
