<p><span >The Reception and Retail Specialist is a site-based position. The Reception and Retail Specialist is the first impression many guests will have of the Center at the asset. This first impression is crucial in delivering a high-quality visitor experience. The Reception and Retail Specialist will need to be a “people” person with an understanding of the provided activities. The Reception and Retail Specialist will be tasked with the administration of the center, as well as the retail outlet of the center. Organization is essential to deliver on this role.</span></p>

Translate executive priorities into actionable objectives, ensuring flawless execution across the organization.<br>Data Analytics and Strategic Reporting: Conduct research and data analysis to guide executive decisions, focusing on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities. Use predictive analytics to anticipate trends and enable proactive strategies.<br>Operational Improvement Initiatives: Support continuous improvement initiatives, including team training, operational processes, and guest service protocols, to enhance the guest experience.<br>Executive Event Strategy and Representation: Lead planning and execution of executive events, ensuring logistics, venue selection, and guest management meet the highest standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align event objectives with organizational goals, delivering memorable, impactful experiences.<br>Leadership in Luxury and Protocol Standards: Ensure the integration of high-profile guest protocols, royal standards, and cultural sensitivities into operations.
