Job Purpose:The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate sales and demand forecasts. 此岗位因保密要求,仅限中国公民投递简历,谢谢!为厂内物流的高效运行落地适配的物流系统方案,保障冲压车间、车身车间、涂装车间以及总装车间智能物流系统的安装、调试与集成工作。同时负责牵头需求调研与方案编制、方案对齐与评估,并管理项目实施以及系统运行优化工作。1. 规范与标准 • 提供物流系统(主要为SAP EWM)专业支持,从业务端主导系统方案落地,确保方案符合物料搬运流程及系统要求。 • 与IT应用团队协作,搭建适配的系统功能以支撑物流运营。 • 牵头持续推进方案实施,识别潜在失效模式,并采取相应对策降低产线停线风险。 2. 项目管理 • 负责冲压车间、车身车间、涂装车间及总装车间的SAP/EWM方案实施: ◦ 根据需求调研、实施计划与交付里程碑,制定最优EWM方案。 ◦ 统筹推进EWM实施工作,包含流程确认、系统需求分析、方案设计对齐与评审、开发跟进、系统上线及后续优化。 ◦ 向管理层汇报系统实施项目进度。 • 对接内外部相关方确认系统需求,联合IT及物流供应商敲定方案设计。 • 联合供应商搭建适配的物流系统,满足4JPH和38JPH产线的各类物料流转与产线供料流程。 • 协同IT团队与供应商,保障系统与MES、SAP/EWM、PTL、AMR、ASRS、CTU、呼叫按钮、可视化等模块集成。 • 负责项目交付物,并向相关方展示成果与改进建议。 • 参与端到端流程用户验收测试(UAT),承担UAT测试工作并解决相关问题。 • 完成物流系统验收,移交至物流运营团队。3. 供应商选型与管理 • 合同变更单管理、维保合同签署4. 汇报关系 • 向物流系统及自动化经理汇报 • 具备优秀的口头及书面沟通能力技能与能力要求: • 具备项目治理与管理能力,拥有报告撰写与演示汇报能力。 • 熟悉物流系统方案、系统集成、网络通信,以及MES、SAP/EWM系统实施,具备相关实操经验。 • 熟悉物料搬运流程、包装流程以及整车生产流程。 • 具备系统化思考能力与问题解决能力 • 5年及以上工作经验,英语流利
