Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines. Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery plans, and project forecasts. Analyze project performance and identify schedule risks and delays. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients. Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, and presentations. Track project milestones and support timely decision-making. Assist in budget monitoring and project control activities. Review resource allocation and productivity trends. Ensure planning processes comply with project requirements and company standards. Support successful project delivery through effective planning and coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience. At least 10 years of experience as a Planning Lead or Senior Planning Engineer with a contracting company. Proven experience in the execution of major capital projects of similar scale and complexity. Minimum 8 years of project planning experience in the Arabian Gulf region. Experience working on projects valued at QAR 100 million and above. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Primavera for schedule management and project controls. Experience working within ISO-certified organizations. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. High proficiency in written and spoken English.
