This role is ideal for candidates with strong multidisciplinary leadership experience managing large-scale urban, transport, and infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li><p>Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and masterplanning projects.</p><br></li><li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, and risk.</p><br></li><li><p>Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, water, structures, public realm, and other disciplines.</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with local standards, codes, and approval requirements.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor project performance, quality, and commercial outcomes.</p><br></li><li><p>Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.</p><br></li><li><p>Mentor team members and contribute to WSP’s project management capability in the region.</p><br></li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.</p><br></li><li><p>Fluency in Arabic</p><br></li><li><p>Chartered Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.</p><br></li><li><p>Minimum 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, roads, highways, and land development projects within a consultancy environment.</p><br></li><li><p>Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong background delivering projects in Saudi Arabia and/or the wider Middle East.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience working with Saudi authorities and approvals processes.</p><br></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Preference will be given to candidates with Saudi project experience, particularly those familiar with local authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder environments.</p><br></li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
