Own and maintain the Worker Welfare Management Plan for operational assets and city-wide operations, ensuring consistent implementation across all locations, shifts, service providers and contractors. Ensure worker welfare requirements are integrated into operational policies, contractor management processes, mobilisation activities and operational risk management programs.
