Submit collected service payments from customers to the service center on the same day or the next day (for home service). Visit customers’ homes to provide service and repair their products. Turnaround time (TAT) for indoor job orders: 3 working days; for outdoor job cards: 5 working days. Minimum of 7 home visits per day, with at least 4 repaired units daily.
