Conducting delivery rider shadowing and diary studies to understand post-order experience pain points. Analyzing survey and app analytics data to uncover churn reasons and improve retention. Facilitating concept testing workshops with product and design teams to validate early ideas before development. Leading feature validation studies for new product launches or key initiatives within our Food, Quick Commerce, or Fin Tech domains. Developing deep-dive reports on specific user segments (e.g., first-time users, loyal customers, or vendors) to guide domain or product strategies.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency mandatory5+ years of experience in UX Research or Human-Centered Design, ideally within product-driven or fast-paced tech environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability testing, ethnographic studies, concept validation, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
