The Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented client coordinator especially for our B2G portfolio. He must ensure seamless daily operations for NTSC’s B2G Fleet Maintenance & Mobility projects. My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data to lead its data organisation. This leader will be accountable for the databases and clusters that power the platform at scale, the reliability of the wider data platform, and the BI services that provide customers with actionable insights into their businesses.<br>The role carries direct management responsibility for the teams that own each of these areas and requires a leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and deeply technical level.<br>Responsibilities Database Management: Own the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of my client’s production database estate, including MySQL, Click House, Redis, and related systems. This includes capacity planning, performance tuning, high availability, and ensuring data integrity at scale. Cluster Management: Lead the design, scaling, and operational excellence of database and analytics clusters, covering provisioning, replication, sharding, upgrades, and cost-efficient scaling to support significant data growth. Lead and oversee the execution of mega projects and complex infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Direct project managers and project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management to achieve operational excellence and successful project outcomes. Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, billing, claims, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and effective decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders. Provide leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, HSE, and quality requirements.<br>Requirements Essential:- Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.- Certified from PMI as PMP or Project Management related Certification.- 12-18 years of experience in project execution/management with at least 5 years proven track record experience in a similar role ideally within one of the leading Infrastructure Companies.- Good knowledge of Primavera Project Management.- Excellent problem solving, analytical and business intelligence skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.- Ability to manage multiple projects adhering to logistics, timescales and deadlines.- IT literate – MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in English language. Job Purpose The Chief Surveyor is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all surveying activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of survey data, establishes project control networks, supervises survey teams, and provides technical guidance to support engineering, construction, and land development activities. The Chief Surveyor is accountable for the preparation, verification, and certification of survey deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all surveying operations for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Plan, organize, and supervise survey teams, allocating resources and monitoring performance to achieve project objectives. Establish, verify, and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks for all project surveying activities. Oversee land, topographic, as-built, quantity, and engineering surveys using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, laser scanning technologies, and other advanced surveying equipment. Review and approve survey calculations, drawings, reports, maps, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. Direct construction layout activities, including building positioning, structural alignment, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, engineering surveying, geodetic surveying, and construction surveying practices. Proficient in the use of Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, digital levels, laser scanning systems, and other surveying technologies. Advanced knowledge of survey software, CAD applications, and survey data processing systems. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Thorough understanding of survey computations, coordinate systems, and control networks.
