Minimum 5–7 years of Rooms Division experience, with proven experience in a senior management or Director-level role. Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping functions. Previous experience with an international hotel brand is highly preferred. Experience with IHG/ voco™ standards and systems will be an advantage. Strong understanding of hotel operations, room revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and Rooms Division KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve room revenue and profitability. Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams. Strong knowledge of guest experience, quality assurance, and service recovery.
