Regulatory & Market Compliance: Stay ahead of KSA real estate regulations (MOMAH, Wafi, Ejar), market benchmarks, and economic shifts to position assets competitively in the market. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or commercial portfolio management (minimum 1+ years in a Director-level capacity). Track Record: Proven success in managing high-value commercial office towers, regional retail centers, or large-scale integrated mixed-use developments in KSA or the GCC region. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Real Estate Investment is highly preferred. Core Competencies: Deep financial modeling expertise, NOI/Yield optimization, contract negotiations, tenant relationship management, and strategic asset planning. Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Riyadh’s commercial real estate landscape, Saudi Vision 2030 infrastructure initiatives, and institutional investment standards.
