Manage internal audits, customer inspections, third-party audits, and certification activities to ensure full compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Supervise and perform routine, non routine, type, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for MV/LV switchgear, circuit breakers, CTs, and VTs. Verify testing parameters and ensure compliance with relevant IEC standards, including IEC 62271 and IEC 60044. Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-voltage and diagnostic testing equipment. Analyze test reports, investigate failures or abnormalities, and ensure all technical issues are resolved prior to product dispatch. Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and testing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to support quality and operational excellence initiatives.<br>Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.10–15 years of experience in quality management within an electrical manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IEC, ISO, SASO, and SEC standards and compliance requirements. Hands on experience with high voltage testing equipment and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Ensure all villas and guest houses are maintained to a high standard. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, gardeners, cleaners, and other service providers. Monitor preventive and routine maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections of villas, guest houses, gardens, and facilities. Manage household supplies, inventory, storage, and procurement. Coordinate household staff and ensure smooth completion of daily duties. Handle maintenance issues and emergencies promptly. Maintain records related to maintenance, supplies, and service providers. Ensure the compound remains clean, organized, safe, and fully operational. Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism when working with the private family. Requirements Previous experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Villa Manager, Compound Manager, or similar role. Experience managing multiple villas, large private residences, family compounds, or estates. Fluent Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory. GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of household maintenance and facilities coordination. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and service-oriented. Comfortable working 6 days per week / 12 hours per day. Available to join within one month.
